West Wing Second Floor Tour
A Tour of the Breezeway House' West Wing Second Floor
The West wing of the Breezeway House is designed to serve as an ideal "private bubble" that gives the homeowner a private oasis even when hosting a multitude of friends and family.
Upstairs, a spacious Master Suite features a large bedroom with a roomy built-in "window seat" alcove, a walk-through closet, and a special Master Bath with raised jacuzzi tub and
separate shower.
Both the upper and lower levels each have private Screened Porches with breathtaking views of the sea and miles of undeveloped beach that is forever protected from development.
Master Bedroom
The West Wing's Master Bedroom is spacious, with a cathedral ceiling showing exposed structural beams.
Its gas fireplace makes wintery nights warm and cozy.
A large built-in window seat provides the perfect spot for curling up with a good book while gazing at the sea and the dunes.
A walk-through closet opens to both the bedroom and the Master Bath.
The warm wood, soft jade walls, and pale blue ceiling make this a very soothing, restful place.

The Master Bath
The Master Bath provides both a jacuzzi and shower and two custom sinks.
Steps lead up to both the shower on the right and the jacuzzi to the left.
Why is the jacuzzi tub is raised? So one can soak in the tub at window height, watching the western sky and waves, of course.
The walk-through closet opens to the Master Bath as well as the Master Bedroom.
Custom tile wainstcotting gives way to soft jade walls. Above, the pale blue ceiling peeks through the exposed beams.

The Master Bedroom's Private Porch
The Master Bedroom opens directly onto a private porch.
This is our favorite spot: currently furnished with an antique teak daybed and ottoman, the views from the Southwest to due-East may be the best view anywhere.
It's a perfect spot for curling up to watch early morning sunrise or a blue panorma in the afternoon.

With a cozy yet spacious Master Bedroom, a very special Master Bath, and the "nest" of a Second Floor Porch, the Master Suite is hard to leave.
