The First Floor: The first floor welcomes you with a spacious Great Room that opens via 3 pairs of French doors to a huge wraparound screened porch. The Great Room is J-shaped and includes containing a custom kitchen plus dining, and living room areas. The Second Floor: The second floor is a little world unto itself. It features two bedrooms, each with private bath, a stairwell library, and a double-door linen closet with laundry connections. Via French doors, both bedrooms open directly to another large screened porch. From the 2nd-floor porch, a catwalk provides a short-cut to the outdoor Hot Tub deck. It features two very large J-shaped bedrooms, each with private bath and seating area, yet another stairwell library, and large private third-floor deck. Click here for a tour of the Third Floor. The Lower Level: Under the first floor (but above ground level) are three separate garages, a large laundry room (with an alcove additional refrigerator for beverages), and a storage room.
